
Unauthorised Payment Claim
Step 1 - Notification of Unauthorized Activity
A customer may file a claim through the Flo2Cash Resolution Center if he believes that unauthorized activity has occurred in his account. If a transaction a customer believes to be unauthorized includes a payment to you, we will notify you by email.
The funds for the transaction in question may be held while Flo2Cash investigates the claim.
Step 2 - Respond to Unauthorized Activity Claim
When you are notified about an unauthorized activity claim filed by a customer, you should review the claim details and decide how to respond.
If you haven’t shipped the item, you can refund the customer. If you suspected unauthorized activity and refunded the customer already, you can provide Flo2Cash with proof of the refund.
Step 3 - Flo2Cash investigates and resolves claim
After Flo2Cash has gathered all the necessary information, a Flo2Cash Fraud Specialist will investigate fully and resolve the claim. The customer’s account activity as well as any information provided by you will be reviewed carefully. Once the Flo2Cash Fraud Specialist reaches a decision, your case will be closed and you will be notified by email. You can always check the status of the claim by contacting the Flo2Cash Resolution Center.
The goal of the Flo2Cash Resolution Center is to facilitate communication between merchants and customers and prevent chargebacks.
