Recur2Pay

Offer your customers the option to pay by instalment or have the same credit card charged for ongoing sales

Flo2Cash’s Recurring Payment system is especially built for recurring/ongoing payments. These payments are cycled and have a fixed or variable amount every cycle. Traditionally, businesses would manually process these recurring payments on a periodic basis. This not only wastes human resources but also requires the business to store credit card data, which usually significantly increases PCI compliance costs (For more details please refer to PCI-DSS under security).

Flo2Cash’s
Recurring Payment system takes away all these pains. Once a recurring payment is defined in the system, the credit card data is stored securely and payment will be automatically triggered on every payment date with the designated amount. This removes all human intervention and achieves full automation.

The Flo2Cash Recurring Payment System can process a wide variety of payment frequencies. These include:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly – fixed date
  • Monthly – specific week
  • Monthly – last business day

Flo2Cash Recurring Payments takes away the need for businesses to manually process recurring transactions and perform repeated tasks. However, when it come declined payments and expiring credit cards, there is a need to contact your customers to gather their latest information. Flo2Cash produces 2 reports automatically when these events happen:

  • Failed transaction report
  • Expiring credit card report

The failed transaction report is produced and sent to your designated email address after an automated payment run if there are declined transactions in the payment run. The expiring credit card report is generated and sent every month containing customers whose credit cards are about to expire.

Flo2Cash’s online merchant portal is the central place for managing recurring payments. You can create/change/cancel a recurring payment from anywhere anytime.

Moreover, there is also plenty of intelligence and flexibility built into the system:

  • Put recurring payment on hold (suspend)
  • Resume a suspended recurring payment
  • Manually modify/cancel a scheduled payment
