3. Email Verification

Once the information has been collected, the customer will automatically receive an email verifying their email address and confirming that they agree to the direct debit and its terms and conditions. The customer will be asked to click on a link in this email to activate the direct debit authority..

4. Approved

Once verified, the direct debit authority is approved and active. You will receive a report on a daily basis of the newly activated customers.
