Direct Debit Service
Paperless Direct Debit over the Phone
Do you sell your goods/services to your customers over the phone? If yes, you must have had the frustration of having made the sale on the phone but still have to ask the customer to complete the paperwork as a separate process. Study shows that with these already made sales, if you have to send a paper based contract to the customer to complete, as much as 60% of these paperwork will not be signed and returned to you. This means you would lose as much as 60% sales that you already made!
Paperless Direct Debit enables organisations to sign up customers for Direct Debit collections over the Internet or telephone. It simplifies and speeds up the sign up process, while at the same time saving the organisation administrative costs. It also makes it more convenient for customers because they will not have any forms to complete or the possibility of delays.
Flo2Cash can offer this Paperless Direct Debit service to your business at a very affordable cost and guarantees that if you replace your paper based system with paperless direct debit you will see higher sign up rate and much lower administration costs. Implementation is also a lot easier than it may seem.
1. Telephone Conversation
You will go through sales process on the phone as usual. Once your customer has expressed interest in signing up with you, you will enter the "paperless direct debit" process. We will provide you with a NZBA compliant telephone script to follow and go through with the customer. The entire script takes less than 2 minutes to complete.
2. Call Recording
The scripted conversation above needs to be recorded. The recording can either be done on your own telephone system or Flo2Cash can do the the recording for you. So it's OK if you are worried that your phone system cannot do the recording. We can do it for you!
3. Verification
Once the recording is done. We will verify the recording and make sure all information is correct and compliant to the NZBA rules.
4. Approved
Once verified, your direct debit authority is all approved and good to go!
