Virtual Terminal is a web-based application that businesses use to process credit card when a customer calls to make a payment or booking. Virtual Terminal works with any computer or PDA (including Iphone/IPad). It facilitates business, field sales staffs and tradesmen to accept credit card payments at any place and at anytime. Virtual Terminal replaces physical devices usually used to perform credit card transaction.

Flo2Cash Reports shows the amount of money that is settled in your designated bank account on a given day, with a breakdown of all transactions that makes up to the total amount. This report is emailed daily. Formats supported include CSV/PDF.

Batch2Pay provides businesses with the ability to process large volumes of transactions with ease and speed. Your business can upload and process thousands of transactions within minutes. Critical data including credit card information is stored under the protection of Flo2Cash PCI-DSS approved data protection systems.

Recurring payment or installment payments are automatically debited on the pre-set payment date and for amount that are fixed or variable. Flo2Cash monitors each recurring pament and monies are deposited into your account as cleared.

Flo2Cash's Direct Debit Service comes with the standard direct debit form. It will have your business name and ID printed on it. All payment types are included: recurring, installment and per invoice.

Using the world’s most common file format - Comma Delimited Values (CSV), Flo2Cash provides automated and manual reports as well as invoice schedule uploading that can be easily integrated into your accounting system and other business software.

Dishonoured payments are promptly followed up with letters, email and phone calls. In the event the debt remains unsettled it is referred to our Debt Collection Agency, at no costs to you.
